Why donate to our endowment fund?

It has a greater, longer-lasting impact!

Here's an example...

"If a donor gave an annual $1,000 gift for 20 years, the total impact of the gifts after 20 years would be $20,000.

But, if a donor gave a one-time gift of $20,000 to an endowment, the total impact of the gift after 20 years would be greater than $54,000. That includes more than $24,000 in annual distributions back to the organization and a fund value in excess of $30,000 (assumes an average investment performance of 8%. OCCF general pool investment performance for 10 years ending June 30, 2019, is 9.3%).

In both cases the initial gift was $20,000, but giving to endowment more than doubles the impact!"

UFNF has established an endowment fund with the Oklahoma City Community Foundation (OCCF). You can make a fully tax deductible donation via credit card.

The fund name is United Founders Neighborhood Foundation.

Or you may send checks to the Oklahoma City Community Foundation directed to our endowment fund. Checks should be made out to: OCCF and the memo line should read for the benefit of United Founders Neighborhood Foundation

Donations made directly to United Founders Neighborhood Foundation are also tax deductible. These donations will be used for operational expenses, such as median maintenance. UFNF is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity with the United States government.
